Our Red Orange Jam is produced only during the period from March to April. The taste is tendentially sweeter than other varieties, but remains on the palate with a very pleasant acidulous note.
The Sanguinello Oranges are a little smaller than the classic oranges, with an orange peel with red hues. Even the pulp, which can be with or without seeds, has reddish streaks, characteristic from which it takes, in fact, the name. The artisanal jam that derives from it is very precious and with a unique and persistent taste.
